Chanba Free Trade Center project is located east of Eurasia Avenue, north of Jinhuai 3 Road, west of Jindi 4 Road and south of Xianghuai 5 Road in Chanba Ecological Zone. The project covers an area of 62.33 mu, with a plot ratio of 4.481 and a total GFA of 285,000 sq.m., of which 186,900 sq.m. is above ground and 98,000 sq.m. is underground, with a building density of 39%.

The project consists of five towers plus podiums, of which Block C is a five-star hotel + three-star hotel with a GFA of 44,000 sq.m. The five-star hotel brand is Sheraton.

The Sheraton Hotel has 230 rooms with a main room size of 40 square metres. It has a 1,000 sqm grand ballroom, three multi-functional meeting rooms, a lobby bar, an all-day buffet restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, a speciality restaurant and an executive lounge as standard, as well as gymnasium, swimming pool and other ancillary facilities.
