Sheraton Zhaoqing Hotel is located at the junction of New Area Ring Road and Shangguang Road. It is close to the Sports Center of Zhaoqing New Area in the northeast and Changli Yong in the south.

The project is divided into two plots, north and south, with a total land area of about 80,463 square meters.

The main architectural function is the landscape tower, with a construction area of about 18,757 square meters. The main functions include: sightseeing platform, underground pipe gallery visiting center, monitoring center, urban exhibition hall, catering, multi-functional lecture hall and its ancillary rooms.

The main building functions for the city business hotel, a construction area of about 76,000 square meters, building 14 floors, guest rooms, lobby, conference hall, banquet hall, fitness center, swimming pool, restaurant and auxiliary rooms, underground parking garage and other functions.
