Project Introduction：

The north extension section of Guangzhou Metro Line 8 (from Cultural Park to Baiyun Lake) began construction in 2013. The line is 16.1 km long and has been under construction for nearly 6 years. It will open cultural Park station and Tongfuxi Station.Line 8 will become an L-shaped radiation. The north extension will take the existing line 8 from Kau Shin Station in the north, through Tinggang Station, Shijing Station, Siu Ping Station, Shitan Station, Tak Hong Station, Sheung Shui Station, Tong Tak Wai Station, Yaotan station, Xicun Station, Rainbow Bridge station, Chen Jiaci Station and Hualin Temple station to Cultural Park Station.In the long-term plan, after arriving at Wansheng Wei in the south, we will arrive at gaC Base via Xinzhou, Changzhou and Hualong.Go through Jianggao and Jiangcun, take the viaduct at Jiangfu, Shuili, Shenshan and Jinghu Avenue, then go underground at Yayao again and connect guangzhou North Railway Station.The line is 46.9 kilometers long with 34 stations.
