Project Introduction：

Kangyuanzhihui Port plans to build 4 pure commercial office buildings, adjacent to Hexi Street and Fengtai South Road, south to Jialing Jiangdong Street, north to Guisi Road, east to Yunlongshan Road and west to Taishan Road.

Line 1 and 2 around Kangyuanzhihui Port, docking Zhongsheng Station of Line 1, and connecting to the city, Ninghang, Ningma, Huning, Airport Expressway, Tongda Yangtze River Bridge and Crossing River Tunnel to realize the highway, tunnel Multi-traffic.

Kangyuan Zhihui Port is adjacent to BenQ Hospital, Provincial Import and Export Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, Provincial Food and Drug Administration, Provincial Commodity Inspection Bureau, Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, Nanjing International Expo. Kangyuan Science and Technology Plaza Phase I (1 building, 25 floors) was completed in 2014. Delivered for use in December. The second phase will be delivered in December 2018.
