Caiyuan International Center (Beijing IFC) is located in the core of Beijing CBD, at No. A8 Jianguomenwai Avenue, Chaoyang District, with Chang'an Street and the China World Trade Center looking north and south, and will become a top business office building cluster with landmark nature after the International Trade Center. Caiyuan International Centre has a planned site of 20,325 square metres, a gross floor area of 239,603 square metres and a standard floor area of 1,600 square metres, of which the office building has a gross floor area of approximately 90,000 square metres, with 36 floors above ground (some 19 floors) and 5 floors underground. The project consists of four super 5A intelligent business office towers, of which the main body of the east tower is of "steel mixed" structure; the west tower is of "all steel + steel mixed core" structure; with perfect commercial and service facilities, it is a comprehensive building integrating banking, business conference, club, high-end leisure, catering and shopping. The West Tower is an all-steel + steel core structure. The project will be delivered by the end of 2007. The East Tower (Blocks A and B) has a gross floor area of 93,218 sqm, while the West Tower (Blocks A and B) has a gross floor area of 146,385 sqm and a building height of 152.95m for the West Tower (Blocks A and B) and 87.95m for the East Tower (Blocks A and B).
