Project Introduction:

Xiaomi South China headquarters building is located in Guangzhou's Pazhou Internet Innovation Cluster Zone, adjacent to Alibaba, Tencent, Vipshop, iFlytek and other companies.

The project has a total gross floor area of 137,945 square meters, consisting of two 11 to 35 storey high buildings with a well-decorated office building, commercial area, 4 storey basement, and approximately 450 parking Spaces.

Since 2019, our company has carried out close communication and confirmation with the investor Mi Technology, agent builder China Resources Land, interior design institute Tianhong design and construction company Jin Mantis, Jiachun and other units during the process from construction to interior decoration.
