Project Introduction:

Five well-known design teams, including Zhejiang Provincial Architectural Design and Research Institute and Architectural Design Institute of Shanghai Tongji University, came to Quzhou to carry out site survey on the project of Quzhou Central Hospital (marginal central hospital of four provinces).

This marks the hospital's official entry into the project design phase.

The site of the hospital is located to the north of Jiuhuaxi Avenue, to the east of Regimen Avenue and to the west of Huilong Community.

The total planning land of the project is about 352 mu, the first phase of the project is about 208 mu, and 2000 beds are planned to be built.

The second phase of the project is planned to cover an area of about 144 mu and be positioned as a high-end medical service area with about 600 beds.

The first phase of the project, with a total investment of 2.6 billion yuan, is the engine of the construction of the new high-speed rail town in our city and the core of the medical town. It is also the first construction project settled in the medical town.

Advantage 1: the completion of the new hospital, to a large extent, can alleviate the problem of difficult to see a doctor.

At present, the Municipal People's Hospital has only 1,200 beds, while the first stage of the central hospital can basically alleviate the current difficulty in seeing a doctor.

After completion, the bell tower and pumice areas of the Municipal People's Hospital were relocated as a whole.

Second, the new hospital has a larger area. The total construction area of the first phase is about 320,000 square meters. The ward will be set up more and the supporting facilities will be more complete.

Next, the hospital will also join the Zhejiang University Medical Association, so that more doctors and advanced equipment will be introduced.

In the past, Quzhou people need to go to the big hospitals in Hangzhou and Shanghai to see some difficult diseases, but in the future, we can see them at our own doorstep, which is more affordable and more convenient.

According to the plan, after the completion of the project, it will synchronously introduce high-end medical institutions inside and outside the province, strengthen the training of medical technical personnel, and truly establish the leading position of marginal central hospitals in the four provinces.

Third advantage: the new hospital will be more convenient in terms of surrounding transportation and parking space arrangement.

There will definitely be a bus stop and other transportation planned near the new hospital.

In addition, the underground parking lot of the new hospital has more than 90,000 square meters, and 2,500 parking Spaces are planned, which will change the current situation of parking for medical treatment in the municipal people's hospital.

Fourth good: this project is planned according to the garden-style hospital, and will give citizens the garden-style medical experience.

The so-called garden-style medical experience, to put it simply, means that the whole hospital has a transparent atrium landscape, a light and shifting roof landscape platform, and a natural landscape garden with different moving scenery, so that patients can have pleasant and comfortable natural landscape during the whole process of walking, waiting and seeing a doctor.
